1. Who we are

maravesse.com is operated by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], Netherlands, KvK [NUMBER], VAT [NL NUMBER] ("Maravesse", "we"). These terms apply to every order placed through maravesse.com.

2. Orders and contract

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We confirm it by email. The contract is concluded when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Where a reference price is shown struck through, it is the lowest price we charged for that item in the 30 days before the reduction. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Size exchange, returns and withdrawal

Our free size exchange, 30-day money-back guarantee and your legal right of withdrawal are described in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Warranty

Items must conform to the contract. If an item is faulty, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund as provided by Dutch and EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Product information

We measure our garments ourselves and publish measurements in centimetres. Colours may vary slightly with screen settings and lighting.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses.

9. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
