Ordered the wrong size? Tell us within 14 days of delivery which size you need, by email to support@maravesse.com with your order number. We send the right size at no cost, and you keep the first one. No return label, no waiting. One free exchange per item.

30-day money-back guarantee

Changed your mind? You can return any unworn, unwashed item with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Send it to our returns address in the Netherlands:

Email us first so we can register your return. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, in which case we send a prepaid label. We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

As a consumer in the EU or UK you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee goes beyond this right. To withdraw, email support@maravesse.com within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of telling us.

Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, bras, bodysuits and briefs can only be returned unworn, with the hygiene seal and tags intact. The free size exchange still applies.

Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email a photo to support@maravesse.com within 7 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
